Drink More Coffee
Harvard nutrition researchers have found a link between living longer & drinking coffee.
Researchers discovered that participants were 15 percent less likely to die early of any cause when they drank three to five cups of coffee daily. Participants who drank more than five cups daily had a 12 percent reduced risk, while those who drank one to three cups daily had an 8 percent reduced risk of dying early. Drinking just one cup of coffee daily provided participants with a 6 percent reduced risk.
